Low Carb Vegan Cooking for Everyone
This class is an introduction to eating a Vegan lifestyle that offers a plant based diet filled with disease fighting ingredients and a twist on the Standard American Diet which supports disease and poor health.
Conventional low-carb diets rely heavily on meat, which makes them unsuitable for Vegans.However, this does not need to be the case. Everyone can follow a low-carb diet, even vegetarians and vegans.
As a health coach and a carb lover I understand the fine line between getting the nutrition my body needs and juggling my carb intake.
I do not eat dairy and I do not want to eat animal protein. I struggle with the balance of carbs in my diet and I know so many others who do as well.
There are so many great alternatives that can be used to create delicious snacks, meals and desserts that are friendly to our enviroment, friendly to our bodies and that offer a low sugar and lower carb option for those like me who want to eat a balanced meal using plant based ingredients.

In this Class we will make 2 Dishes:
1 Breakfast Dish and 1 Dinner
You will go home with your Dish ( if you do not eat it during class)!
This class is for adults only and we need a maximum of 10 people to hold the class.
All participants must wear non slip shoes.
