30 Minute Phone Consult to determine your goals and needs prior to my home visit.
Shopping list provided for you to shop prior to my visit.
Make 8-10 different meals with ingredients that support your personal health journey. You will have a variety of meals to eat during the week and you may even have some to freeze.
We will use simple, allergen friendly ingredients that will be easy to shop for and cook with.
No special equipment is needed for you meal prepping session, we will use what you already have in your home.
In-home meal prepping session 90 - 120 minutes.
