If you are already a Vegan this meal plan makes your life a whole lot easier. We shop. We cook. You eat. All meals are gluten free and corn free. This is not a diet program and it is not intended to replace any medical treatment you are receiving from a medical provider.
You can mix and match any of these meals for breakfast , lunch or dinner.. NO RULES .. Feel like having pancakes for dinner and beans for breakfast.. WHY NOT!

2 Orders of Almond Butter Crepes with chocolate drizzle on top
2 Orders Vegan Protein Pancakes made with banana and oats and vegan protein powder.
2 Orders of Super Food Quinoa Salad with mixed cabbage, almonds lentils, carrots and broccoli with a side dressing of balsamic vinaigrette.
2 Orders of Vegetarian Chili with Black beans, pinto beans and quinoa
